Who I am drives my design decisions.

For as long as I can remember, learning has always been something that I needed to experience for the information to stick. It needed to be engaging, concise, and relevant but often times it was not — teaching me early on that instruction was not always inclusive to a learners need. In this role, however, I have the ability to ensure that learning materials are inclusive to all learners.

Before my start in instructional design, I worked in public relations — connecting my clients to their target audience through effective storytelling. I also worked in marketing — raising funds through engaging and creative direct-mail fundraising packages as well as coding emails and building donation pages to help my nonprofit clients advance social change. In this role, I'm able to fuse together my many skillsets to create learning experiences that help companies see measurable improvements in metrics that matter.
